Manage Sales team members' onboarding, training, performance, and development. Drive performance from the Sales team members and improvement in the sales process. Be knowledgeable of all open sales opportunities and ensure they are continuing through the sales stages. Demonstrate a high level of ownership and bias for action for all things related to the Sales Department.

Support and assist the operations department in streamlining the operational logistics for group travel events through immense organization and execution of event details. Represent Destinations to all clients, guests, and visitors in the front office or over the phone.
Group Air Specialist
Do you have experience booking Group Air? Do you love planning those unforgettable moments mentioned above? What if you were able to combine both for your dream job? As the Group/Air Specialist, you would streamline the operational and airfare logistics for incredible group travel events.
Sales Operations Specialist
You oversee and facilitate all the steps in the sales process of a program, from a request for a proposal to a signed contract. This isn’t your dad’s old sales job - each program is unique and requires you to flex your creative juices to craft the best solution to price and present the details to clients. You are the gas that keeps our sales engine running.
Global Manager (Sales)
You don’t mind risk. Your skin is 100% in the game. We’ve been searching for you with your go-getter attitude and ability to connect with people and create relationships. Our Global Managers are responsible for creating their leads while also working with company leads through our marketing efforts. This is a commission position, and it takes patience to build up a good book of business. Moderate to heavy travel required. (Next Hire Goal: When the right person comes along!)
