- Attendance is by invitation only and all applications are subject to review by Destinations Inc. and vendors. Not all applicants will be approved to attend.
- Only qualified companies that do group incentive, meeting, and event travel with the budget and history to seriously consider a program to one or more of these destinations will be selected to attend.
- Qualified participants must show a history of a minimum of 50+ rooms/cabins on past events to be considered.
- Only one decision maker per company, plus their guest, is allowed to attend.
- Qualified attendees are invited and encouraged to bring a spouse/guest with them; however, no guests under the age of 18 are permitted.
- *Applicants may take part in our group airfare or buy their own airfare and receive an air reimbursement of up to $400/Person ($800/Couple) by contracting a program with Destinations, Inc. by December 31, 2019. To qualify for air reimbursement, group program must be a minimum of 50 cabins / 100 participants for five nights.
