Payment Terms

Due to the small and exclusive nature of this bucket-list trip, large commitments on the number of rooms are required well in advance. Due to these commitments, your booking is non-refundable (100% penalty from the time of booking onward). If you are unable to attend, it is possible to transfer your booking to another person (note that most flight bookings are non-transferable). If you decide to transfer your booking to another party, you are responsible for collecting payment.

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Prices are estimated and subject to change based on actual number of attendees, exchange rates, etc.

Liability Waiver

By registering and attending this event, you assume all risks and responsibilities inherent in international travel. You understand and acknowledge that in order to participate in this event, you agree to assume all liability and responsibility for any and all potential risks, injuries, or even death which may be associated with participation in such event. You represent and warrant that attendees are mentally and physically fit, capable, able, and willing to participate in this event without any limitations. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that Destinations, its ownership, employees, agents, or representatives shall not be liable for any injury/illness suffered by an attendee which is incident to and/or associated with preparing for and/or participating in this event. For purposes of this release, liability means all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, suits, or judgments of any kind that attendees may have against Destinations, its ownership, employees, agents, or representatives because of an attendee’s personal, physical, or emotional injury, accident, illness, or death, or because of any loss of or damage to property that occurs to an attendee or their property during their participation in the event.

Photo/Video Release

By attending this event, you consent to the unrestricted use, by Destinations (and those acting with its permission and authority), of any and all media taken, in whole or in part, unlimited use, for all purposes in any form or medium, including, without limitation, its use through or on any electronic media, including the Internet. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used with the finished media. Further, you relinquish all rights, titles, and interest you may have in the finished media, negative(s), and reproduction to any responsible business firm or publication. It is understood that Destinations (and those acting with its permission and authority) retains copyright of media at all times under the express understanding and agreement that Destinations shall have exclusive reproduction rights to the media.
