The finer details, A.K.A. the fine print…
- Attendance is by invitation only and all applications are subject to review by Destinations Inc. and vendors. Not all applicants will be approved to attend.
- Only qualified companies that do group incentive, meeting, and event travel with the budget and history to seriously consider a program to Mexico or a similar destination will be selected to attend.
- Qualified participants must show a history of a minimum of 25+ rooms on past events to be considered.
- Only one decision maker per company, plus their guest is allowed to attend.
- Qualified attendees are invited and encouraged to bring a spouse/guest with them; however, no guests under the age of 18 are permitted.
- Applicants may take part in our group airfare or buy their own airfare and receive an air reimbursement of up to $750/Person ($1,500/Couple) by contracting a program with Destinations, Inc. by December 31, 2021. Final reimbursement total based on actual costs of airfare booked up to the maximum amount offered.
- To qualify for airfare reimbursement, group program must be a minimum of 25 rooms / 50 participants for five nights for a packaged event that includes Destinations’ suite of services including, but not limited to hotel/resort/cruise accommodations, transportation & logistics, excursions, operations support, website, & registration, etc. Hotel sourcing only contracts do not qualify for airfare reimbursement.
- Applicants that choose to use airline mileage or rewards programs to book their flights will be reimbursed the maximum of $750/Person ($1,500/Couple).
- Airfare reimbursement is applied as a credit towards the final accounting on the qualified program and not reimbursed to the individual traveler.
