Attendance is by invitation only and all applications are subject to review by Destinations Inc. and vendors. Not all applicants will be approved to attend.

Only qualified companies that do group incentive, meeting, and event travel with the budget and history to seriously consider a program to Peru or a similar destination will be selected to attend.

Qualified participants must show a historical trip spend of $200,000 minimum (excluding airfare) on past events to be considered.

Only one decision maker per company, plus their guest, is allowed to attend.

Qualified attendees are invited and encouraged to bring a spouse/guest with them; however, guests under the age of 18 are NOT permitted.

Airfare for the attendee and guest from the home city may be included, and certain restrictions may apply.

Attendees are required to participate in the full program agenda. Deviations to this schedule will not be allowed unless you are planning to extend your stay after the event dates.  Extension costs will be at the attendee’s expense.
