We’ll stay at the iconic Table Bay Hotel, situated on a private quay between Cape Town’s bustling V&A Waterfront and the tranquil yacht marina, there is no better position from where to soak in the natural beauty of the Mother City and the very essence of Cape Town living at its best.
Lion Sands Game Reserve
These beautiful lodges, set along the banks of the perennial Sabie River, each have breath-taking views – no one more inspiring than the next. Every day, the appearance of animals at the water’s edge presents you with a natural theatre.

Palace of the Lost City
Inspired by the myth of a lost African kingdom, The Palace of the Lost City is set on the highest ground at Sun City, ensuring that its grand proportions and graceful towers are visible from across the resort. The fantasy of an African palace is indulged in every detail, from the stately volumes of the reception and dining areas to the mosaics, frescoes, and fountains that enhance the architecture.

- Attendance is by invitation only and all applications are subject to review by Destinations Inc. and vendors. Not all applicants will be approved to attend.
- Only qualified companies that do group incentive, meeting, and event travel with the budget and history to seriously consider a program to South Africa/Zambia or a similar destination will be selected to attend.
- Qualified participants must demonstrate a history or potential of a total travel event budget of $250,000 (excluding airfare) on a high-end, luxury program to be considered.
- Only one decision maker per company, plus their guest, is allowed to attend.
- Qualified attendees are invited and encouraged to bring a spouse/guest with them; however, no guests under the age of 18 are permitted.
- Applicants may take part in our group airfare or buy their own airfare and receive an air reimbursement of up to $2,000/Person ($4,000/Couple) by contracting a program with Destinations, Inc. by December 31, 2023. Final reimbursement total based on actual costs of airfare booked up to the maximum amount offered.
- To qualify for airfare reimbursement, the approved participant must demonstrate a history or potential of a total travel event budget of $250,000 (excluding airfare) on a high-end, luxury program. Hotel sourcing-only contracts do not qualify for airfare reimbursement.
- Applicants that choose to use airline mileage or rewards programs to book their flights will be reimbursed the maximum of $2,000/Person ($4,000/Couple).
- Airfare reimbursement is applied as a credit towards the final accounting on the qualified program and not reimbursed to the individual traveler.
