SALES CATALYST

Position Summary

Provides consistent focus to the sales and operations processes by giving quality service and extreme attention to detail.

Provides consistent, timely, and accurate communication to clients, vendor partners, and team members to facilitate the sales process and the link between Operations and Sales.

Position Description

To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.

  • Work with Global Managers to build and nurture relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Send out RFP’s to vendors for client trips.
  • Input pricing in costing template to produce package price for clients.
  • Work with Sales Development Designer to create a presentation listing all possible options for clients.
  • Work with Global Managers to get presentations to clients in a timely manner.
  • Work on building trip contracts and invoices.
  • Facilitate the transition of finalized sales to Operations
  • Help Global Managers while they are out of the office.
  • Schedule appointments with Vendors that come to the office.
  • Meet with vendors to gather new information.
  • Assist in finalizing travel agreements
  • Assist in  finalizing contracts with vendors
  • Introduce Operations to client contact
  • Attend FAM and industry conferences when appropriate
  • Other Sales and Operations duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience

At least one year of customer service or related sales experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Bachelor degree preferred

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic computer operating skills
  • Intermediate skills
    • Google G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs; Sheets; Slides)
  • Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel both domestically or internationally (passport required) on a regular basis up to and possibly exceeding 3 separate trips per year.
