We’re pretty stoked about our latest achievement in hosting not one, not two, but four different events simultaneously in four incredible locations: Thailand, Vietnam, Hawaii, and Costa Rica.

The fact that we were able to host these four different events simultaneously is a testament to the expertise and experience of our team.  Each event was uniquely designed to best suit the specific location and requirements of the client.  Our team worked tirelessly to ensure every detail, from transportation to accommodation, from food to entertainment, was flawlessly executed.

Here are some highlights from each location:

THAILAND

We helped create an awards ceremony for 800 people with a “Greatest Showman” theme followed by dividing the group in two to experience Phuket (Beach) and Chiang Mai (Mountains).  We chartered flights to help the group switch places after 3 nights in these locations.  It was the most complex and logistically challenging trip we’ve ever pulled off.

VIETNAM

The white sands of Non Nouc Beach were the perfect backdrop for this group of high-producing network marketers and their well-earned incentive trip.  Guests enjoyed welcome and farewell events, a tour to the ancient Cham ruins, street food excursions, and a walk on the iconic Golden Bridge, famous for being cradled by to gigantic hands amidst the clouds with a breathtaking overlook of the valleys below.

COSTA RICA

This group of top-producing mortgage brokers will never forget their authentic Costa Rica incentive trip filled with time on the beach, excellent food, group activities ziplining thorough the jungle, and a service project where the guests gave funds and volunteered with the a local Rotary Club and Chair the Hope to give needed mobility to those in dire need.

OAHU, HAWAII

This group of restaurant managers had a fruitful and rejuvenating trip to Hawaii. They found the perfect balance between gaining knowledge through well-organized training sessions and indulging in relaxation. The group immersed themselves in the breathtaking beauty of Oahu, enjoying the idyllic beaches, luxurious spa treatments, and other incredible attractions the island had to offer. This trip was an excellent opportunity for them to grow and unwind simultaneously.
