Attendance is by invitation only and all applications are subject to review by Destinations Inc. and vendors. Not all applicants will be approved to attend. Only qualified companies that do group incentive, meeting, and event travel with the budget and history to seriously consider a program to one or more of these destinations will be selected to attend. End-user buyers may apply and Travel Agents or 3rd Party Incentive travel planners are ineligible. Only one decision maker per company, plus their guest, is allowed to attend. Qualified attendees are invited and encouraged to bring a spouse/guest with them; however, no guests under the age of 18 are permitted. A refundable $400 “Plan to Go” fee will be charged to approved attendees at the time of full registration (not on this application). This fee is refundable from the registration date to 60 days before departure AND for participants who complete the familiarization trip. Attendees are required to participate in the full program agenda. Deviations to this schedule will not be allowed unless you are planning to extend your stay after the event dates. Extension costs will be at the attendee’s expense. I understand that there are specific criteria that must be met in order to receive airfare reimbursement. These criteria are listed in each specific event's description.
